Returns & Cancellations
At Mr Pickles, we strive to meet and exceed your highest expectations with every item we sell and every service we provide. We understand that selecting from a computer screen at home isn’t always easy! Therefore, if you change your mind after placing your order, or need to cancel or return your order for any reason, we will endeavour to make the process as simple, efficient, and trouble-free as possible. We offer a full right of cancellation or return should you regret your purchase for any reason whatsoever.
Cancellations
As soon as you place your order online, it is prepared and packaged in our studio. We process orders quickly to ensure you aren’t waiting long for your eagerly anticipated Pickles package. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please email us at info@hellomrpickles.com, quoting your order number.
If we receive your cancellation request before the order has been packaged by the Pickles team, we’ll do our best to cancel it and confirm by email; your card will not be charged. If you paid at checkout using PayPal, we will refund your PayPal account in full. If the order has already been packed, it may not be possible to stop it from being dispatched and charged, but you will still be able to return it for a full refund (including postage).
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the goods are returned in the same condition and quantity as delivered.
- The original amount paid for returned item(s) will be refunded if returned within 30 days.
- Any original shipping cost will also be refunded when the entire order is returned.
- Refunds will be issued promptly to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We also offer exchanges. If you’d like to exchange your Pickle, please email us at info@hellomrpickles.com within 30 days of receiving your original order, and we will arrange this once we’ve received the returned item.
Taking Care of Your Returns
It saddens us to think of any Mr Pickles character not finding a loving home. We will process your return as quickly as possible once received. This is much easier when we receive paperwork identifying the original order. Please help us by following our returns process.
The Returns Process
- Do not remove the tags showing the item name and safety information.
- Return all original packaging.
- Use the original mailing bag/box and seal it securely.
- Complete the enclosed returns form.
- Enclose the returns form inside your package.
- Mark the reason for the return on the form.
If you’ve misplaced the original paperwork, please include a note with your order number. This can be found in any email we’ve sent you.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage at the Post Office and keeping it safe just in case the return doesn’t arrive. We don’t want a homeless Pickle lost in the postal system!
Cost of Returns Postage
There is no cost to return your item when using the return shipping label included in your package. If you choose not to use this, we are unfortunately unable to reimburse the return postage cost.
Refunds
Refunds are issued using the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the same card will be refunded.
Once your return has been received, we will process the refund as soon as possible and confirm by email.
Please note: it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s policy.
